1:1 executive coaching

We offer 1:1 coaching to support executives who work in dynamic and complex organisations make a bigger impact and fulfil their potential. We work with:

  • seasoned leaders, including senior executives at the c-suite level
  • new and established leaders, to support them in their career planning, development and execution, including transitioning into new roles; and to help them improve their teams’ and their own performance and impact
  • executives who are looking to better manage their physical and mental health and wellbeing

leadership development

We offer tailored leadership development programmes to organisations who are looking to unlock the potential of their leaders. We deliver two baseline programmes, aimed at emerging (foundation programme) and established leaders (advanced programme), focused on developing the key leadership skills required to succeed at different career stages. Both programmes emphasise the importance of the individuals’ physical and mental health and wellbeing to effective leadership, a pioneering approach in leadership development. This is achieved through combining leadership-focused sessions with the practice of mindfulness meditation, pilates and yoga.

Programmes are customisable to take into account the specific needs of the organisation. Our foundation leadership development programme is structured around developing the core leadership skills to help individuals transition from management into leadership roles. The programme is centred around developing the self-awareness and emotional intelligence required to excel as a leader in fast-paced and complex environments.

Our advanced leadership development programme gives proven leaders the opportunity to spend time away from their working environments to focus on themselves and be challenged in their leadership thinking. This will help them maximise their potential and take their leadership to the next level. By working through actual leadership challenges during the program, leaders will be pushed beyond their comfort zone in their quest to successfully tackle them.

Programmes are typically run over one week with cohorts of up to 12 leaders, to maximise individual participation and learning, and are followed by a day-long reflective session within 3 months.


senior team development

We facilitate team sessions to support senior leadership teams improve how they work together and enhance their team effectiveness and impact across their organisation. We help team leaders develop strategic ability, leadership and collaboration skills in their teams. We provide a forum for senior teams to address issues that limit their effectiveness and ability to achieve their goals. Specifically, we help senior teams to:

  • define and implement the team’s vision, mission and purpose
  • build strong relationships between team members
  • make effective strategic decisions for the organisation
  • provide ongoing team and individual development

Our team development sessions are typically one or two-day long and are often followed by 1:1 coaching sessions with each of the team members, to cement effective ways of working and leading as a team.

Programmes are fully customisable to each team’s specific needs.


coaching skills for managers and leaders

We help managers and leaders hone the coaching skills they need to build and develop high performing teams, and to engage more effectively with their team members, peers and other stakeholders.

These are half-day long sessions, delivered to small groups, and are typically followed by coach-facilitated group sessions to put into practice the tools and techniques learned.
