itiner is a boutique coaching and leadership development consultancy, born out of the belief that physical and mental health and wellbeing are key to effective leadership. This is a unique approach in leadership development. We focus on the whole person, and go above and beyond the coaching and development of the leadership competencies required to excel at different career stages.
itiner is the latin word for ‘journey’, and represents a metaphor for the conscious path taken by someone who is willing to tackle their life challenges and achieve their goals.
itiner was founded in 2020 as an answer to the challenges the covid-19 pandemic brought to the workplace, which have resulted in employees across the generational divide re-assessing their priorities, leading them to want to experience a better work-life balance and to look for a deeper meaning both at work and in life.
Lucio della Ratta, PhD
Lucio is the founder and CEO of itiner. Lucio has been coaching executives for over 15 years and has inspired dozens of individuals to find greater meaning in their lives and careers through coaching. He qualified as a coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global coaching organisation. See Lucio’s ICF profile.
As well as a being a coach, Lucio has enjoyed a successful 30-year international career in financial services, including holding c-suite level positions. This makes Lucio a coach with ‘skin in the game’ when it comes to dealing with the challenges executives face.
Lucio is fluent and coaches in English, Italian and Spanish.
